Add SUNFLOWERS to brighten your day

This D1872 Sunflower Sympathy stamp set will not disappoint you this season.  Who wouldn’t want to receive a pretty card with this stamp set (or buy Z3544 thin cut set)?  I’m sure it will become a fall favorite each year.  Here’s a kraft and espresso color combo with saffron, goldrush and fern/new england ivy leaves.  By the way, the kraft squares (left card) is from Share the Seasons promotion.  Isn’t this pretty?

Who doesn’t love a denim color combo?  The papers are from Mix Ins paper pack or Hawthorn PML cards and paper pack.  Same color combination of saffron, goldrush, espresso and sapphire (right message).  The checkerboard border is from the soon to be released October Stamp of the Month.

Using the Mix Ins paper pack and ink (you could use charcoal, espresso or black), the look changes completely.  The card on the left has our new Wisteria Ribbon for a pop of color.  The card on the right has thin cut leaves on Pebble cardstock, stamped in black; saffron cardstock/ink for the sunflower with an espresso center.  This card also sports NEW French Vanilla cardstock and the Stitched Circles embossing folder.

Looking for a brigher color palette?  Using the Share the Season Square Thin Cut to create a PICKET Fence, this card was created by sponging carolina blue and clover green on white daisy paper.  Sunflower stamped in Canary yellow and saffron.  Clover meadow leaves finishes the sunflower for a cheerful card.  The For You stamped message is from the Share the Seasons Promotion.  

Why stop there?  Just loving the idea of creating a picket fense out of the thin cuts and combining the sunflowers to create this layout below.  The ideas abound when you play and play … and PLAY!  I’m sure there are other wonderful color combinations … would love to know yours!
