Please JOIN Me for WANDER Online Workshop to be held on August 14th! 

We will create 10 outdoor adventure and travel pages.  An optional workshop to create the Wander Cards (16 cards) are also available to you!  These can be used for masculine greeting cards.

• Prior to the Event:
  • You will be invited to the private group on Facebook about two weeks ahead of time
  • All the PREP videos are pre-recorded and will be uploaded and organized for you
  • I show you how to cut, stamp, and thin cut, and I’ll teach you all the techniques ahead of time so you can watch them on your own timeline
  • This is a great opportunity to learn and prepare it all PRIOR to the day of our EVENT which is LIVE ASSEMBLY
• LIVE Event Date:  Saturday, August 14th I will go live for ASSEMBLY of our pages! If you can’t be on LIVE with me, don’t worry; it is all recorded for you to watch on your timeline!
• Start Time is @ 9:00 am eastern time
  • Before lunch, we will complete 10 pages
  • After lunch, we will create the 16 cards
• Around 4:00 pm, we have a Happy Hour Zoom!  Come on and meet/greet all the crafters!
• PRIZE TIME to be announced @ the Crop!  
  • I finish off our day off with FREE PRIZES that will be mailed to you!
  • The early bird registrants are entered into a drawing for ONE FREE Registration for the next crop! Registering and paying for the next event early is your ticket for a chance to win it!

WANDER Kit of the Month Scrapbooking Artwork

When you use my shopping list and purchase the workshop kit, it contains exclusive products.  In addition,  I like to change it up and show you various ways to modify the punchouts and picture my life cards. Not only will the cards add natural beauty, but the Mixins papers give this kit an added layer of depth. You’ll need all of these products to complete the artwork, so note the detailed shopping list.

First, let me say the colors of sapphire, paprika, and glacier work so well on this “Let’s Go!” layout.  YOU will want to learn how to achieve this look that I designed (hint, hint … sign up for the Online Workshop!).  You could easily add a 6×12 flip-flap or 6×12 pocket plus page to this layout to capture more photos.

Note the simple style of this design but it makes a statement.  Paprika shimmer brush help add some color to the base pages.  Love the watercolor WANDER title using a little bit more of this shimmer brush (pssst:  I’ll show you how at the Online Workshop).  You’ll always have the option to add 4×4, 4×6, or 4×3 flip flaps to hold extra photos.

In particular, the layout above has bold colors that are striking. I love how it came out and the NATURE is stamped using the Wander Scrapbooking Stamp set.  I used the pattern from our new Make It From Your Heart Vol. 5 Program.  Such a fun design!

Absolutely capturing the great outdoors, this layout will be a crowd-pleaser for the adventure seeker.  Love the soft, earthy tones to go with exploring mother nature.  If you’re not a camper, leave the tent off and make it a journaling opportunity.

Differing from all of the above, we can use this layout for a road trip, mountain drive, or travel adventure.  I really enjoyed thinking outside the box with the papers at the bottom of the layout (can’t wait to share this tip with you @ the Online Workshop!).  How fun will it be to document your first trip post-Covid times!

WANDER Cardmaking Workshop & Artwork

In addition, you have the opportunity to create the CARD Workshop Kit with me. These could be wonderful masculine cards for you to make. The stamp set with thin cuts offers you two unique “scapes” (mountain or city); clouds, moon and sun.  When you view the stamp set and then the cards, you can see how well they work together.  I love how Close to my Heart created these card ideas and designs.

WANDER Online Workshop
