Dust off your Watercolor Paints and come and play!
Super Simple Watercolor with Paint
Yesterday, I was playing with watercolor paint to mix a dab here and there to create a wood tone look on the wheel barrel and wooden barrels I am using with G1260 Backyard Bliss Card Kit. I love this set of stamps/thin cuts and wanted to show you how easy it is to color in with one tool: waterbrush! Come and check it out:
I hope this gets you excited to dust off those paints and try your hand at blending a few shades with the simplicity of one tool: our water brushes! If you do not have the paints, here’s a link to the bundle with both water brushes. Did you know you can use water brushes with watercolor pencils? And you can use them with your ink pads too? I love all the fun things you can color in with them! A must have crafting tool!
Love this set of stamps/thin cuts which only comes in the G1260 Backyard Bliss Cardmaking Workshop Kit. I have plans to use theses ‘barrels’ for more than one season. Each barrel contains a slit so you can ‘tuck’ something small into it. Can you see it being filled with sunflowers, pumpkins, apples, candy canes or ???
Why not join the Backyard Bliss Virtual Online Workshop to create the 16 cards along with our scrapbooking workshop?
We are creating 10 pages of artwork as well as 3 BONUS pages! It will be so much fun! Here’s one of the pages using the stamps above:
