Super Simple Watercolor with Paint

Yesterday, I was playing with watercolor paint to mix a dab here and there to create a wood tone look on the wheel barrel and wooden barrels I am using with G1260 Backyard Bliss Card Kit.  I love this set of stamps/thin cuts and wanted to show you how easy it is to color in with one tool:  waterbrush!  Come and check it out:

I hope this gets you excited to dust off those paints and try your hand at blending a few shades with the simplicity of one tool:  our water brushes!  If you do not have the paints, here’s a link to the bundle with both water brushes.  Did you know you can use water brushes with watercolor pencils?  And you can use them with your ink pads too?  I love all the fun things you can color in with them!  A must have crafting tool!

Love this set of stamps/thin cuts which only comes in the G1260 Backyard Bliss Cardmaking Workshop Kit.  I have plans to use theses ‘barrels’ for more than one season. Each barrel contains a slit so you can ‘tuck’ something small into it.  Can you see it being filled with sunflowers, pumpkins, apples, candy canes or ???
