This collection is beyond Owls, so let’s take a look ….
Are you READY for SPRING? Here @LynnComo this was such a nice surprise to create these pages with a kit I wasn’t too excited about. I’m very HAPPY with the results and the exclusive papers and punch outs really helped to make it work!
- If you love purple, this is for you!
- If you would like to check out the softer side of lagoon, grape, honey butter, glacier, nectarine … this KIT does it wonderfully!
I’ve taken the G1273 Life’s A Hoot Workshop Kit and the coordinating products and other items to really add some flair beyond the Owls. When you look at the artwork, you can OMIT those feathery friends and make it a Happy Birthday page. It’s that versatile! I absolutely love what I did with some Picture My Life Cards that are a gingham pattern to create the flower look with the scallop thin cuts.
Another fun layout was MY GIRLS using the Moxie Alphabet. You could easily change that to MY/OUR … PETS, Cousins, Family, DAY, or create your own title that fits your pics. I also used the Moxie Thin cuts for the word HAPPY out of another PML Card.
Lastly, I artfully designed 11 pages and the last page captured ballerina and wisteria together for a wonderful ONE page design for Everyday Smiles. Could be another birthday girl page in your books! Here’s the video where I walk you through the products and artwork. Below will be the shopping list and photos of the artwork too.
This color combo of glacier, lagoon and honey butter is so pretty! My FAVORITE of this collection!
Those flowers with the gingham … I LOVE IT!
Below, see how the same colors work so well together? Plus adding a tinge of softly shaded Nectarine.
Love the BEE YOURSELF and HAPPY titles … and the stenciling of the honey comb.
Oh, la la! Love the subtleness of Grape and Wisteria on these pages.
Your title has options to use: Our, Pets, Family, Day, Cousins … what’s the story you want to tell?
Under this one, we can turn our minds to SPRING or EASTER ….
For those who love our Feathered Friends . . .
(and if you don’t, leave them off the layout and make a title of your choice)
I was able to eek out one last page to create this very pretty single design.
And for those that know me well, I do use up all of my scraps and make cards too.
Oh, I made at least a dozen but here’s a sampling for you:
So I really maximize a kit to the point that you literally have tiny strips of paper left over! I love using it ALL so I can move on to my next collection. Don’t you? Who else does that for YOU?
