Here is a fabulous layout using Melon Mania!

Finding Inspiration in our CORE book for Melon Mania, Project #1

I really loved this layout in the Core 2022/2023 Idea Book and wanted to duplicate it.  NOW, using Melon Mania product line and special PLUS these inks, you can see how adorable this layout really is!  Using the same pattern in the book, I changed up the inks to these 4 colors.

I then added the stamps from Melon Mania and the gingham pattern (I love gingham!), and a few Melon flowers with bitty bling.   I used second generation Melon ink with the label stamps and fussy cut it out.  Then stamped “one in a” in green apple ink and “melon” with Melon ink (full strength).  The hearts are in flamingo and melon and a bit of bitty bling.

Using these beautiful Z4666 Floral Bloom stamps with thin cuts (YES, every stamp has a thin cut!) … and the inks, you’ll see how pretty it turns out.  Plus on the ‘open flowers’ I applied a little bit of blending brush with melon  and flamingo inks.

I also used Green Apple Shimmer brush to color in the tiny leaves of the very pretty floral border above (from the Melon Mania stamp set).  The green apple cardstock completes the photo wells and You’re Amazing is from Daisy, Daisy (so many of you own this!).  I am happy with the results and my adaptation in creating a coordinating second page.  Sometimes simple is just that … simply beautiful!
