IRELAND: Sharing my Album of Scrapbooking Layouts and Adventure
Have you ever been to Ireland? Is it a destination you dream of visiting? You absolutely must experience the charm of the Emerald Isle! Let me take you on a journey through my album and share my personal adventure. This trip was a meaningful way to celebrate my 50th birthday, but due to personal circumstances, we postponed it for about seven years. I was determined to make the most of it and savor every moment, so waiting for the perfect time was crucial. I am thrilled that we did!
As a passionate scrapbooker and layout designer, I have a collection of pre-designed scrapbook pages saved for this vacation. I prefer creating the artwork first, then adding photos, journaling, flip flaps, and additional details. This method saves me a lot of time and allows me to customize my layouts with my photos, making adjustments as needed.
Printing my own photos gives me the flexibility to crop, zoom, switch between portrait and landscape orientations, and print in various sizes like 3×3, 3×4, 4×6, and 5×7. The Epson Picture Mate 400 is my go-to printer for its amazing quality! I host a class on Facebook teaching how to use Fotojet, so you can experience the same features and advantages (see link below)
For those who know Close To My Heart’s papers, you’ll spot collections from past to present. It’s incredible how well these paper collections still fit! Also, there have been a few delightful surprises. It’s a charming way to scrapbook all the Kits of the Month I’ve created over the years in my clubs. Join me on this wonderful journey to the stunning destination, IRELAND!Â

Lynn, your work was one of my first inspirations when I started as a CTMH consultant six years ago. This one of your trip is equally inspiring. I hope to not lose track of you and several other fantastic paper artists in the next few months of transition.
Rose, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I’m signing up with Stampin’ Up! So you can follow along.

Loved your layouts! I was so surprised by the different paper collections used and how they all meshed together. Yet the photos were still what popped out.
I was hoping you would share your layouts after our messages.
Thank you so much Paula! Wasn’t that a nice surprise which adds variety to your scrapbook album? I’m so glad you like it and I do want my photos to POP even though there is subtle artwork and titles there. I’m glad I could inspire you! I’m sure it will motivate you as you work on your own Ireland album. Have fun with the adventure!
