Great tips. I have trouble with the putty end. The end to lengthen the putty is so hard to twist I’m afraid I’m going to break it. Any tips for that?

I haven’t gone thru my putty yet, but wondering if that could be your case? That end has refills, so you might need to replace the whole barrel. We do sell #15006 putty refills (2 of them) for $5.00.
Maybe that is why you feel you might break it? Could be the end of your putty. Otherwise, call SU at 800-782-6787 directly for help. I’m sure they would be happy to assist you.
