A special Group on FACEBOOK.  Even if you can’t attend the actual crop date, you will still be able to access all the videos and details via Facebook after the live date. Everything will be posted to that special Facebook Group as a replay or file/photo. So, no worries … be happy!

A few weeks prior to the Online Event:
I will invite you through Facebook and send you an email with the Link to our private group.  Please follow these steps:

1. I recommend JOINING as soon as possible.
2. Once you join, please click the JOINED button (top right under banner)
3. Click Manage your NOTIFICATIONS and … click ALL POSTS so whenever I post, you’ll get notified via Facebook and be informed
4. PIN me to your groups for easy access. You can always search on Facebook by using the event name in your search box.

PREPPING is Important! Give yourself plenty of time to prepare)!
If you plan on joining me LIVE to assemble all the artwork (I love when you do!), then you need to do all the prep work PRIOR to the Event. There will be GUIDES which contain all the videos in numerical order for you to follow:  cutting, organizing, thin cutting, stamping and any other techniques, etc.

GUIDES are where it’s at! 
There is a TAB at the top of the Facebook Group, where you can click “Guides.”  Start with Guide #1 and read the WELCOME information.  Then you can follow along with each Guide containing recorded videos. The beauty of the recordings is you can PAUSE at any time! You can oversee your own prep work/timing to follow along.  This is an excellent feature!

Note: If you are not attending the LIVE portion of the event, you can prep anytime you want too.  Everything will be recorded and added to the GUIDES once we are all done.  Then you can complete the kit on your own timeline.

Note:  This Facebook LIVE event is happening…well…live! So you won’t be able to stop/pause the action. Just follow along and create the kit with me. If you get behind, don’t worry – you’ll have access to a recording of the session soon after it ends.

Prepping ahead is KEY so you can assemble LIVE with me.  Please set up your space ahead of time with these helpful recommended tips:

• TOOLS: Versamat, 12” paper trimmer, scissors, ruler, scrap paper for stamping, shammy or stamp cleaner.  An all-purpose craft mat is helpful.
• ADHESIVES: tape runner, FOAM tape, 3D dots, glue dots.
• STAMPING: any stamps, blocks and cleaner are the way to go for small details that we have not covered in the Prep stage.  If we are using markers or shimmer brushes, just make sure you have it all on hand or nearby.
• ACCESSORIES: sticker sheet, any embellishments we use to finish the look.
• BIG TIP: Have an anti-static pouch or corn starch for popping UP stickers!
• Check the shopping list in Step 3 above for everything we used on the projects in Guide #1

If you are *new* or need a refresher, here are a few tips to help you get started:

• The LIVE feed is always at the TOP of the page, when I start a new video
• If you don’t see me LIVE @ our start time, you may need to REFRESH your page by hitting the “Fn & F5” keys at the same time. This will refresh your page and the LIVE will be @ the top
• Refresh it again (and again if need be) until YOU finally see me LIVE.
• Reminder …the LIVE Presentations are cannot be paused or stopped, so just go with the flow! The presentation will be SAVED as Recorded Videos in a Guide after the Facebook LIVE is over. Once they are recorded, you can pause, stop and play at your convenience.
• Please feel free to comment during the Facebook LIVE event in the comment section or ask questions when I am LIVE during the video.

How do BREAKS work?  We will take 10-15 min. breaks between the completion of sets of pages. Once we break, I will announce and post the time to return for our next Assembly Session.  I will then go LIVE again for a new session.

• Remember to REFRESH your page around the time announced so you catch me LIVE again. Follow the same steps mentioned above. Once you get the gist of it, it will become very familiar, and you’ll be a PRO!
